Fund-Raising Activities

Students and parents participate in fund-raising activities sponsored by GVCS clubs and student organizations.  The Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) sponsors two mandatory fundraising events each year.  The PTF Board votes on projects that will benefit students. All sales and fund-raising activities must be approved by the school Principal.  Fund-raising activities are intended to enhance student education or to cover costs of school-sponsored events and not for personal financial gain.

Ways You Can Help

 Earn money for GVCS by:
  • Making sales during the Fall and Spring Fundraisers
  • Taking a tax deduction
  • Saving those BoxTop$
  • Signing up for DIRECTV for donations
  • Shopping at Target
  • Shopping at the South Bay Galleria
  • Shopping at Albertson’s and Ralph’s
  • Recycling your old cell phones

Contributions and Gifts

Contributions and gifts to Gardena Valley Christian School are greatly appreciated. Upon request you will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Donated funds are used for student scholarships, special programs, equipment, or for the general non-profit budget to further Christian education for your children. Designated funds will be used towards the stated intention of the donor.


Looking for a Tax Deduction?

GVCS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit institution. Our Scholarship Fund helps families in temporary financial hardship. Many corporations have a matching funds program. Help kids stay at GVCS with a donation and get tax credit!
